Removing a User from Your Account

To remove a user from your InControl account, you must have Admin-level permissions. If you have this role, navigate to the Users page in your menu bar.
On the Users page, search for or scroll to the user you want to remove from the account.
After locating the user, click their name to access the profile options. To remove the user, select the trash bin icon.
Clicking the trash can icon will prompt a confirmation, allowing you to either cancel or complete the user removal.
