Adding a User to Another Application

To add a user to another application, you must have Admin-level permissions. If you have this role, navigate to the Users page in your menu bar.

On the Users page, search for or scroll to the user you want to assign to another application.

After locating the user, click their name to access the profile options.

On the top right of the screen, you’ll see a button labeled ‘Invite to Another Application.’ Click this button.

Clicking 'Choose Application ID' will display all the accounts to which you can invite this user.

The final step is to assign their role level and select the account(s) within the application that you want them to access.
