Requesting Depot View for Your Site

Depot View provides a visual layout of your site within InControl. Each assigned space associated with a charger is displayed as a color-coded card showing:
Charger and vehicle status
Vehicle name (if assigned)
Estimated time until charge completion
Timestamped status displayed for faulted or out-of-network sessions
It’s designed to help fleet operators quickly assess site-level activity across both desktop and mobile devices.

How to Request Depot View Setup
To enable Depot View for a customer site, follow the steps below:
- Prepare a site map
- Use a Google Earth screenshot or an official site diagram.
- Label each charger
- Add the serial number and asset name for each charger as listed in InControl.
- You can annotate the image using Preview (Mac), Windows Photos, Canva, Photoshop, or any editing tool.
- Conform locations
- Use Google Maps address search to pinpoint the exact location of each charger.
- Submit the request
- Email the labeled map to: support@inchargeus.com
- Our team will configure Depot View based on the layout provided.
