You can export data from different pages within the InControl system. Simply look for the blue 'Export' button on any page or table view to access relevant data insights and tracking.

Let’s begin with the Chargers Page as an example for exporting data. This export will provide a comprehensive overview, including data for all chargers at that moment.

All pages featuring data tables and export options enable you to edit and customize columns to suit your reporting needs. Continuing with the Chargers Page example, here are your options for managing columns.

Important: All columns you select in InControl will be included in your exported data. Make sure to check all the fields you want to include before exporting.
Now that you’ve selected all your required fields, proceed by clicking the export button. You will have access to export your data as a CSV or XLSX file.

Here’s an example of how your exported data will appear once the export is complete.

Now that we've covered the basics of exporting data, let’s explore some specific use cases.
If you want to export data for a specific charger, vehicle, status, or site, InControl allows you to do so. Here’s how:
Exporting Data on a Specific Charger
Anywhere you see a specific charger's name in InControl, you can click on it to access the charger's details page.

On the charger details page, you can access all associated data tables, including sessions, service cases, status and connector history, authorization policies, issues, and energy management logs.

Similar to the charger details page, InControl provides a vehicle details page, which you can access by clicking on any vehicle name.

On the vehicle details page, you can choose from two table options: the sessions table and the authorization policies table.

Before exporting, remember to select the fields you want to include using the 'Manage Columns' button.
Exporting Data for a Specific Site
Navigate to the site details page by selecting the specific site you wish to export data for.

On the site details page, you can choose from various tables related to sessions, chargers, authorization policies, charging policies, and any active issues or cases associated with that specific site.
