Account Activation

You will receive an email from InCharge with instructions to activate your InControl account.

Please activate your account within 72 hours, as the activation link will expire after that time. This email will open InControl in your web browser for the next steps in your activation process.

*If the URL expires or if you did not receive an email to activate your account, email incontrol.success@inchargeus.com to reactivate the link.

The first screen you will encounter is the password setup page.

Your password should be at least 12 characters long and must include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. 

To better secure your account, it’s recommended that you enable at least two of the available two-factor authentication methods. This will help ensure you never lose access to your account.

Once you've completed the configuration, your account will have a unique URL for accessing InControl. Be sure to bookmark this URL for convenient daily access.

To reset your password, click 'Forgot Password?' on the login screen and follow the prompts. Please note that you cannot reuse any of your last four passwords.
Important: When resetting your password, InControl won’t allow you to reuse any of your last four passwords.
