The Recent Sessions widget appears on your dashboard by default. If it's not visible, click the Show/Hide button at the bottom of your dashboard to add it.

If you manage multiple sites, they may appear as a bar chart. To view recent activity for a specific site, simply click on it.

This widget displays the last 72 hours of charging activity to help identify patterns and troubleshoot issues.

Tailor your view by focusing on active sessions, start times, battery levels, or charger statuses.
- Completed: Shows the final state of charge so you can confirm vehicle readiness.
- Active: Displays current state of charge, energy dispensed, and estimated finish time.
- Lost Connection: Indicates the charger lost connection during an active session.
- Rejected: Charging attempt was denied due to an invalid or unauthorized PIN, RFID, or payment method during authentication.
Pro Tip: Click on any charger or vehicle name to access specific details and historical data.
How is the Estimated Finish Time Calculated?
We look at how much energy your vehicle has gained so far and how fast it’s charging.

Based on the example above:
- The battery started at 3% and is now at 21% - that's an 18% increase.
- The charger has added 10.99 kWh in that time.
- That means each 1% added takes about 0.61 kWh.
To reach the goal of 100%, the vehicle still needs 79% more charge.
So we estimate:
79% x 0.61 kWh = 48.27 kWh left to charge
At your current charging speed of about 30 kW, it should take:
48.27 ÷ 30 = 1.6 hours (about 1 hr 36 mins)
We add that to your start time to show the Estimated Finish Time.
Final Estimated Completion Time:
Start time = 11:44 AM PST (2:44 PM EST)
Duration so far = ~9 minutes
Remaining time = ~1 hr 36 min
Estimated Finish = ~4:29 PM EST
Important Note: Estimated finish time is for informational purposes only. The actual time may vary based on charging conditions.
