Understanding Commissioning Statuses

Last Update 8 maanden geleden

This is a business-side status controlled by InCharge to track whether a charger has been delivered to you and set up properly.

Chargers that are not 'Commissioned' will be considered as unmanaged.

The values are:

Pre-commissioning: The charger has already been created in the system but has not been delivered yet.
Commissioned: The charger has been delivered, installed at the designated location, and is expected to be fully operational for charging sessions.

De-commissioned: The charger has been removed from service, typically due to malfunction, repurposing for spare parts, or recycling. We generally do not delete records of de-commissioned chargers without your consent, as you will retain access to their associated charging history, which can be useful for business audits and record-keeping.

De-Energized: The charger is temporarily taken out of service with the expectation that it will be re-energized in the future.
