The charger availability page provides a comprehensive overview of all your chargers, including insights into their performance, availability, and uptime percentages over time.

Navigate to the Charger Availability page on your menu bar.

On the charger availability report page, you'll find filters for country, state, and specific criteria such as charger type, time period, account, site, and region. Don’t forget to click 'Apply' to implement your selected filters.

In addition, to customize your report view, select “Manage Columns” and add or remove fields.

You can also manage columns based on various charger readiness related fields.

Note: If you are planning on exporting data, make sure to select all the necessary fields in the column settings, as only selected fields will be included in the export.

To export report data, click on the ‘Export’ button for a .csv or .xlsx file download.

Before clicking 'Export,' ensure all desired columns and filters are set, as the exported report will reflect what is shown in InControl.

File types:

  • CSV: A plain text file with data separated by commas, good for basic data export and import. Ideal for simple use cases and compatibility with various programs.

  • XLSX: An Excel file with advanced features like multiple sheets and formatting. Best for detailed data work and when using Microsoft Excel.

What the Charger Availability Report shows

  • Available refers to the time when the charger was ready to provide a charging session but not connected to a vehicle.

  • In Use indicates the duration the charger was actively supplying power to a vehicle.

  • Out of Network represents the percentage of time the charger was disconnected from the InControl server.

  • Unavailable reflects the percentage of time the charger was in a faulted state.

This breakdown by percentage provides a comprehensive view of charger activity over its lifetime, offering valuable insights into the overall availability of your chargers.
