How Do I Know if a Charger is Communicating (Data Link Status)

These statuses relate to whether the charger is communicating with InControl properly.
Connected: There is an active connection between the charger and InControl.
Lost Connection: The charger has not communicated for a duration of 5 to 30 minutes.
Disconnected (Out of Network): No Communication from the charger for more than 30 minutes.
