The Chargers page provides an overview of all the chargers at your site. Access the Chargers page by clicking on the Chargers widget from your Dashboard or through the menu bar.
At the top of your Chargers Page, you will see an overview of your charger stats.
- Total Chargers: The total number of chargers in your account.
- Available: The total number of chargers connected to the InControl network and available for use.
- Occupied: The total number of chargers connected to the InControl Network and currently in use. Chargers will appear as ‘Occupied’ throughout all stages of the charging process: preparing, charging, suspended, and finishing.
- Unavailable: The total number of chargers connected to the InControl Network but not available for use.
- Out of Network: Any chargers NOT connected to the InControl Network. It is important to note that these chargers may still be able to dispense energy.
- Unmanaged: Any chargers not currently intended to be connected to InControl.
- Commissioning: Chargers that are expected to be connected to InControl software, but failed to do so due to misconfiguration.
Search Field: Allows you to search for specific chargers by entering keywords.
Pro Tip: Use category clicks as a filter. For example, clicking the orange 'Occupied' category will display information only for chargers currently in use.
Click ‘Manage Columns’ to choose from seventeen filters and tailor the table to your specific needs.
Ready to download your data? Click the ‘Export’ button to get a CSV or XLSX file of your charger details. InControl will export data only for the columns you've selected, so make sure to include all the information you need before exporting.
