The Service Plans & Warranty widget provides visibility into preventative maintenance and warranty coverage across your entire charging operation. Whether you’re viewing from the Dashboard, Account, Site, or individual Charger level, this widget gives you a detailed breakdown of coverage status for every asset in your network.

Where You’ll See It

Location in InControl	Aggregated Information
Dashboard	Organization-wide snapshot of preventative maintenance (based on the current set filters).
Account	Overview of coverage across all sites under a specific customer account.
Site	Coverage details of every charger at a single site.
Charger	Individual charger coverage status.

Let’s Break It Down

Coverage Banner

What you’ll see: A message highlighting if some of your assets are not covered by a preventative maintenance plan.

Why it matters: This callout helps you quickly spot potential gaps in coverage so you can take action before it impacts charger performance.

Use the Learn More button to access the InService webpage, where you'll find details on service and maintenance options we provide.

Preventative Maintenance Count

What you’ll see: The number of assets actively enrolled in a Preventative Maintenance plan compared to your total assets (e.g., 250/500).

Why it matters: This shows you how much of your equipment is being proactively maintained to help extend its life and minimize downtime.

Warranty Count

What you’ll see: The number of assets still covered under warranty compared to the total (e.g., 378/500).

Why it matters: Keeping track of warranty coverage ensures you know which equipment is still protected — and where you might need to prepare for future service costs.

Site or Charger Breakdown

What you’ll see: Each account, site, or charger lists how many assets are covered by Preventative Maintenance and Warranty plans (e.g., 57/60 active PM, 43/60 under warranty).

Why it matters: This granular view lets you identify exactly which sites or chargers are covered, and which need attention, helping you stay ahead of service needs at every level.
