Maintenance Mode

Last Update 11 giorni fa

Maintenance Mode provides clear visibility whenever one of your chargers is temporarily taken offline for service. This ensures you and your drivers always know when maintenance is happening—and when the charger will be back online.

Note: In rare cases, exiting Maintenance Mode may take longer than expected due to connectivity issues. This process typically completes within 15 minutes, but in uncommon situations it may take up to 30 minutes.

What You'll See
Maintenance Banner
When a charger is under maintenance, a banner appears on the charger’s details page. This confirms the charger is temporarily unavailable and will notify you once it has been restored.

Depot View

In Depot View, chargers currently under maintenance appear as light blue cards. These cards include:

  • The charger name and connector type.
  • An “In Maintenance” timestamp, showing when the charger began maintenance.
  • An estimated duration so you can anticipate when service may be complete.
