Keeping track of charger warranties ensures you know which units are covered and which you may want to begin preparing service plans for. 


How to View Warranty Coverage

1. Navigate to a charger's details page

Click on a charger within the dashboard widget to open its details page. This will take you directly to the selected charger's information.


2. Navigate to the "Service Plans" section 

The Service Plans section includes a summary banner that highlights your charger’s warranty coverage and status. 

In this section, you can:


  •  View the active warranty period and expiration date.

  • Expand the Warranty dropdown to see full coverage details.

  • Plan ahead by noting when coverage expires.


3. Click the Warranty drop down 

For more information, the Warranty dropdown provides a complete view of the charger’s active and expired coverage.

When reviewing warranty details, you’ll see:

  • Warranty Number
  • Type (Standard or Extended)
  • Term (length of coverage)
  • Start and End Dates
  • Status (Active or Expired)
Warranty StatusDefinition 
ActiveThe charger is currently covered under a valid warranty.
ExpiredThe charger's warranty has expired or is no longer valid. 
No Warranties AssignedThe charger does not have an Active or Expired warranty.
