The Upcoming Service widget brings service scheduling to the forefront, helping your team stay organized and proactive about charger upkeep. You’ll see your upcoming or past preventative maintenance appointments by date and site in chronological order, ensuring nothing gets overlooked.
See Upcoming Service right from your dashboard for all sites and chargers, or drill down into a charger’s details page to view service dates specific to that charger.
This widget highlights all Upcoming Service details at a glance
From here, you can quickly see:
- Site - where the service visit is scheduled
- Date - when the service is expected to take place
- Service Type - what kind of service is being performed (e.g., preventative maintenance)
In addition to the dashboard view, you can also find Upcoming Service within each charger’s details page. This view outlines the specific service dates tied to that individual charger, giving you a clear picture of when maintenance or other service is scheduled.
