The Upcoming Service widget displays scheduled preventative maintenance events by date, site, and charger in chronological order. This view helps your team stay organized and ensures no service appointments are overlooked.
From the dashboard, you can view service schedules across all sites and chargers, or drill into a charger’s details page to see service dates specific to that charger.
Where to find Upcoming Service on InControl
Dashboard
From here, you can quickly see:
- Site(s) - Where the service visit is scheduled
- Date - When the service is expected to occur
- Service Type - The kind of service scheduled (e.g., preventative maintenance)
Account Details
From here, you can quickly see:
- Site(s) - Where service visits are scheduled
- Date - When service is expected to occur
- Service Type - The kind of service scheduled (e.g., preventative maintenance)
- Chargers - Specific charger details included under each service event
