InControl™ provides dedicated reporting tabs for both Preventative Maintenance and Warranty coverage. These reports allow you to move from a snapshot view into detailed records that can be sorted, filtered, and exported for your operational needs.

The blue numbers in the Service Plans widget are more than just counts, they’re interactive links that take you directly into detailed reporting views.
Preventative Maintenance tab
The Preventative Maintenance reporting tab gives you a complete list view of every asset with an active PM plan.
What You'll See
- Charger Name & Serial Number (S/N): Identify exactly which charger the plan applies to.
- Plan Number & Plan Name: Track which specific PM plan the asset is enrolled in.
- Start & End Dates: Confirm when the plan begins and when it will expire.
- Next Recommended Maintenance Date: Know when the next service is scheduled.
- Last Service Date: View the most recent preventative maintenance performed.

What You'll See
- Charger Name & Serial Number (S/N): Match warranties directly to hardware.
- Warranty Number: Reference ID for each warranty contract.
- Warranty Type & Term: Distinguish between standard/extended and confirm coverage length.
- Start & End Dates: Track when coverage begins and when it expires.
