Active Issues Widget: The Active Issues widget connects you directly to our support team. Click "Request Service" to quickly submit a support ticket.
Open Cases Widget: The Open Cases widget offers real-time updates on your existing cases. Expand any case to view detailed information and a visual status indicator to keep track of the resolution process.
Need to report an issue with a specific charger? If it doesn't appear on the 'Active Issues' tab, go to the top of the charger's detail page and select 'Request Service'.
