Charger Details Page

The Charger detail page provides you with a comprehensive look into specific chargers. This is useful for monitoring charger health using past operational data insights or for making direct changes to a charger.
There are three tabs: General, Advanced, and Photos

The General tab shows basic charger info, including Availability and Connectivity status. The 'Status' field displays details like connector status, connectivity, and charging power.
If the charger supports Vehicle-to-Anywhere (V2X) discharging, the Max Discharging Power will be displayed. Depending on the charger and connector type, this may apply to a single vehicle or be shared across connectors.

The Advanced tab provides extra details on warranty, installation, and location. Accurate latitude and longitude are essential for precise mapping in our software.
The Photos tab will include any pictures of the charger supplied in the Edit screen.
Charger Connectors Pane

Located at the top right of the Charger detail page, you can view each connector individually. This section provides details about the connectors and their current active sessions.
With the appropriate permissions:
Remote Control: Start or stop sessions remotely using the start/stop button. This can only be done if a vehicle is plugged in, and the status is either ‘preparing’ or ‘charging.’
State of Charge Target: You can set a state of charge target, so the charging session will automatically end once the charger dispenses enough energy to meet this requirement.
Note: Not all chargers are capable of displaying the State of Charge or EVCCID.

Selecting the connector tab will open an interactive graph of the charging session if there is an active session. Here you can select various data points the charger has made available to InControl.
Note that chargers differ in the values they report. For example, Level 2 chargers often don't report the state of charge or the vehicle's EVCC ID. Some have temperature sensors, while others do not. Meter readings can be adjusted in the charger's OCPP configuration, but the hardware itself limits what can be reported.
The connector pane also provides some additional information for a connector that is Out of Network or Unavailable.
Connector pane when charger is 'Unavailable'

When a charger is unavailable, the Connector tab shows details about when the issue started and the most recent session.

When a charger loses connection or encounters an issue, the Connector tab shows any data collected before going offline, as well as the disconnection time.
