What charger access methods are supported by InControl?

InControl offers a range of charger access options to efficiently manage and secure your EV charging stations.
- Mobile app payment: Enable seamless access with mobile app payments via QR code for quick and convenient transactions.
- RFID cards: Grant authorized users access with RFID-enabled cards for secure and seamless entry
- PIN codes: Assign unique PIN codes for secure and restricted access.
- Credit Card readers: Enable public charging access and payment with credit card readers for a seamless experience.
- Smart Charging rule: Set up Inoperative Rules to disable charging access during designated times.
For assistance with any of these charger access methods, please submit a service request directly through InControl. We're here to help!
1. Navigate to the charger you want to set up an access method for.
2. Under 'Request Type,' choose the 'Credit Card Reader/Auth Setup' option.
3. In the 'Problem Type' section, select your preferred access method.
