Requesting Credit Card Reader & App Payment Access

Please note: Not all chargers are compatible with credit card readers. For details on your charger’s compatibility, refer to 'Payment & Authorization Options by Charger'. 

How to get Credit Card Readers Installed

Did you want Credit Card readers installed? Follow these steps: 

  1. Go to charger that you want a credit card reader installed on and request service for it. 
  2. When requested, provide bank info for payment. 
  3. Choose charger price and availability.

Steps to initiate request on InControl:

1.  Go to the charger that you want a Credit Card Reader installed on and request service for it.

2. Once you click on the 'Request Service' button you will need to fill out the form as follows:

Complete the form by selecting 'Credit Card Reader/Auth Setup' as the Request Type and 'CCR Setup' as the Problem Type. 


In the description box, include any additional details that will assist us in efficiently setting up your credit card readers.


Scroll down to ensure all contact information is correct, then click 'Submit'.


How to get Payment App Installed

Did you want a Payment App installed? Follow these steps:

  1. Determine which charger you want payment app access for. 
  2. Request app set up by going to your charger and requesting service.
  3. Once submitted, our support team will reach out to you and make sure we have the necessary information to set you up. 
  4. Once we have app payment set up on your account, we will print and send you stickers with a QR code that you can affix on your charger. 

Steps to initiate request on InControl:

1. Go to the charger that you want App Payment installed on and request service for it.

2. Once you click on the 'Request Service' button, you will need to fill out the form as follows:

Complete the form by selecting 'Credit Card Reader/Auth Setup' as the Request Type and 'App Only Setup' as the Problem Type.


In the description box, include any additional details that will assist us in efficiently setting up your credit card readers.


Scroll down to ensure all contact information is correct, then click 'Submit'.
