Will a Charger Still Work if There Is No Internet Connection/Showing Out of Network Status on InControl?

Yes, if a charger is showing 'Out of Network', it is still able to dispense energy. In this occurrence the InControl system will automatically apply a default power limit for load management, store authorization locally, and save up to a week's work of session totals locally.
