Exciting news! Our latest software update is here. 

Depot View Refresh

Quickly see which vehicle is charging and when it’s expected to finish. Vehicle names and estimated completion times are now visible, giving you immediate insight into your charging operations.

Energy Page 

Our brand-new Energy Page provides powerful, interactive charts to help you track site power usage and compare it against cost estimates. Visualize usage patterns, filter by max, min, or average power (kW), and uncover opportunities to refine your charging strategy.

Remote Charger Reset 

We’ve enhanced the charger reset feature to give you more flexibility. You can now:

• Perform an immediate reset
• Delay the reset to allow active charging sessions to complete—helping avoid disruptions

We’ve refreshed the Depot View for better clarity and efficiency. The new color-coded charging status cards now display:

• Charging status
• Vehicle state of charge (SoC)
• Vehicle information
• Timestamped status updates

Color coding helps you instantly understand the state of each charging session making site management smoother than ever.

Analyze interactive graphs to get a visual breakdown of site energy usage, estimated costs, and to identify any charging patterns over time that may need to be addressed. Filter by maximum, minimum, or average power (kW) usage by time to get accurate information into how your charging habits reflect cost expenditures.

Note: Topline demand and cost metrics rely on your utility rates setup. If no rates are set, cost estimates will display as $0.00.

We’ve enhanced the Remote Charger Reset feature to give you more control and flexibility. You can now:

• Perform an immediate reset when needed, or

• Schedule a delayed reset, allowing active charging sessions to finish without interruption.

This update helps you avoid disrupting in-progress sessions while still keeping charger management at your fingertips.
