Requesting Service & Troubleshooting via Depot View
If you identify a charger with an 'Unavailable' status you can easily take steps to getting the charger back up and running.
1. Click into the Unavailable charger.
These will be easily identifiable as all faulted sessions will appear as a red card on Depot View.

2. Perform a Charger Reset
Unavailable chargers will show a reset option. Try this first—remote resets resolve most issues (around 75%).

When resetting a charger, you have two options:
You can perform an immediate reset by clicking the Reset button, or choose to delay the reset if a charging session is currently in progress.
Delaying the reset helps prevent interruptions to active charging sessions.
3. If the charger remains unavailable after a reset, submit a service request.

Complete the service request form with the required details. After submitting, you can track your request anytime from the Open Cases section on your dashboard.
