Understanding Charging-Related Status Symbols

The green check mark indicates that the charger connector cable is available and ready for a vehicle to charge.

The orange exclamation mark indicates an error occurred during charging, either due to a suspended EV or a suspended EVSE, meaning the charger connector is unavailable.

The orange '...' indicates that the charger connector is currently plugged into a vehicle and is preparing to start a charging session.

The orange bolt indicates that a charger connector is currently in a charging session.

The red 'no' symbol indicates that the charger connector is experiencing an issue and is unavailable.

Any grey symbol indicates the last known status before losing connection and going out of network. Chargers may still be able to dispense energy in this state.

The grey question mark indicates that the charger connector has lost connection, and the status is unknown.
