Updating Your Name, Email, or Password

From the Settings menu in the navigation pane, select Profile.
The profile page displays your name, email address, and password. From here, you can update your email, reset your password, choose your preferred measurement units (Imperial or Metric), and access links to the InControl Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Click on the blue 'Edit Profile' button at the top right of the profile page to update your information.
You can update your first and last name directly in the text boxes.
To update your email, click 'Update Email.' For security purposes, you'll need to enter your current password to complete this action.
After entering your current password, you can enter the new email address you'd like to use.
After entering your updated email, be sure to click 'Save Changes' to apply the update.
To reset your password, click 'Reset Password.' Please note that you cannot reuse any of your last four passwords.
Be sure to save your changes to update the information on your account.
