Adding and integrating your vehicle is a critical part of getting the most of our solutions. First, make sure that you have added Vehicles to your navigation menu via the ‘Customize menu’ within your settings.
Step 1: Access your Settings
- Use the 'Customize Menu' option to add the Vehicles page to your menu bar.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Vehicles' page to see all vehicles associated with your account.
On the Vehicles page you have access to a few key actions.
- Apply filters: Filter your table view based on different classes of vehicle (e.g, 4+ axle single unit, bus, passenger vehicle).
- Add vehicles: You individually add vehicles or use the template we provide to bulk import all of your vehicles at once.
- Manage columns: Choose from multiple fields ranging from vehicle name to current speed if you have vehicle telematics integrated with InControl.
- Link vehicle: Enter vehicle's VIN number and associated information to connect with EVCCID.
- Export data: Export vehicle data for your reporting or diagnostics needs.
- Vehicle detail page: Access detailed insights for each specific vehicle.
