Requesting Service for a Charger from a Mobile Device

1. Begin on the InControl Dashboard page, then scroll down to the Active Issues widget.

2. Once you reach the Active Issues widget, tap the dropdown icon for the charger you want to request service for.

3. The dropdown will display all information related to the charger warning issue, sometimes including possible troubleshooting solutions. After reviewing the information, tap the Request Service button.

4. This will prompt a form to fill out to request service.


5. Once you have filled out the form, be sure to tap the Submit button to complete your request.
