1. Start by entering your unique InControl URL into a web browser of your choice. 

example: {yourcompanyname}.incharge.net

2. Once you've entered your URL, the login screen will appear. Begin by entering the email associated with your InControl account. 

3. If your email is recognized as associated with the account, you'll be prompted to enter your password.

Note: If you don’t remember your password, click the Forgot Password? button to follow the steps for resetting it. For more information on password resets, visit this article.

4. Once you've entered your password correctly, multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be required.

You have three options for multi-factor authentication: a code sent to your phone, an authentication app, or recovery codes provided when you created your account.

5. Once you complete the authentication process, you'll be successfully logged into your InControl account.
