Our latest update brings key enhancements to help you stay ahead on charger maintenance and warranty tracking.
What's New?
- Upcoming Service Widget: You can now view all scheduled dates directly on your dashboard, making it easier to plan ahead with confidence.
- Warranty Status & Expiration: All warranty details are now front and center, including the start date, end date, and warranty type. You can quickly see whether each charger's warranty is active or expired at a glance.
These updates are designed to give you greater visibility and control over your assets in one convenient place.
Key Terms
| Categoty | Term | Definition |
| Preventative Maintenance | Routine bi-annual or annual maintenance designed to keep EV chargers running smoothly, extend charger lifespan, and keep performance reliable. | |
| Next Estimated Maintenance | The expected date of your charger’s next preventative maintenance service based on your selected plan. | |
| Last Service Date | The date of your most recent preventative maintenance visit. | |
| Warranty | The period during which your charger is protected and eligible for repair and/or replacement if issues occur. | |
| Status - Active | Your charger is currently covered under a valid warranty. | |
| Status - Expired | Your charger’s warranty has expired or is no longer valid. | |
| Status - No Warranties Assigned | The selected charger does not have an active warranty. |
The Upcoming Service widget should be displayed on your dashboard as default. However if it is not, be sure to add it with Show/Hide Widgets button found at the bottom of your dashboard.
View upcoming and past appointments:
- Date of Appointment
- Which site service is scheduled for
- Which type of service will be performed
Appointments display chronologically, with the next upcoming service shown first.
Service Plans - Warranty Details
The Warranty Details update gives you instant visibility into your active warranty coverage directly within the Service Plans section. You can quickly confirm your warranty type, coverage term, and current status, helping you stay ahead of service needs.
View details of your active service coverage, including:
Preventative Maintenance Plans: See plan start/end dates and track when coverage is set to expire.
Warranty Plans: Quickly view warranty type, coverage term, and current status (e.g., Active).
Both plans are displayed directly in your dashboard, giving you an easy, centralized view of coverage timelines and statuses.
Filtering Chargers by Commissioning Date
Chargers can now be filtered by commissioning date making it easier to track deployments over time. The commissioning date is also available as a selectable column in the chargers list and will appear in exports.
