Key Considerations:
- When payment solutions are active on a charger, RFID Card(s) and/or a PIN Access code are required to over-ride the payment option and unlock the charger.
- PIN codes can only be added or changed by reaching out to the ICE Support Team at support@inchargeus.com or by calling 833-772-4638, option 3.
ICE Level 3 DC Chargers
These DC fast chargers manufactured by InCharge allow for Credit Card Reader and Mobile App payment options. RFID cards and/or a PIN Access Code and be used to unlock the Charger.
Follow these steps to add options to your chargers:
- Navigate to the charger in InControl.
- Click on the Request Service button.
- Under Request Type, select Credit Card Reader/Auth Setup.
- Under Problem Type, choose the desired payment or authorization option for installation.

ICE WallBox Chargers
Wallbox chargers manufactured by InCharge allow for Mobile App payment options. RFID cards and/or a PIN Access Code can be used to unlock the Charger.
Follow these steps to add options to your chargers:
- Navigate to the charger in InControl.
- Click on the Request Service button.
- Under Request Type, select Credit Card Reader/Auth Setup.
- Under Problem Type, choose the desired payment or authorization option for installation.

Key Consideration: When setting up RFID cards on ABB AC model chargers, it is important to note that in order to complete the installation a technician must be present to set them up locally.
