Whether you are seeking assistance in adding monetization options to your chargers or are having issues with ones that already do, our support team is here to help.
Our support team can help you in troubleshooting the charger and/or credit card reader/app payment if issues do arise. If there is a question that requires assistance from our outside vendors, then our support team will reach out to them directly on your behalf. And we will also be the ones to connect you to an EV Connect representative directly if any additional information is required.

The order of contact preference are:
- Submit a Service Request through InControl
- Send an email to support@inchargeus.com
- For assistance over the phone, please call 833-772-4638 and select option 3.
