• Embedded Self-Help Resources: InControl now offers comprehensive self-help resources to help you resolve issues independently and adopt features quickly with clear instructions and expert guidance. 
• Simplified Navigation: Enjoy new menu enhancements, including simplified navigation and greater personalization, so you can find what you need effortlessly. 
• Auto Populated Vehicle Data: Vehicle manufacturer parameters can now be auto populated for added convenience. 

Our new Help button puts everything you need right at your fingertips. Access monthly training webinars, online User Guides, how-to videos, and expert support all in one place. Whether you're setting up InControl for the first time or troubleshooting your charger, the Help button is here to guide you every step of the way.

New and Improved Menu Bar

The refreshed InControl menu bar is designed to make navigation easier than ever. With the addition of the new "Reports" section, accessing your reporting needs is faster and more convenient. Plus, the new ‘Pin Menu’ option lets you keep the menu bar visible, providing seamless access as you move between pages. 

When adding or updating a vehicle, you can now choose to auto-populate key parameters like range and battery capacity based on the model's default settings. 

Need to customize these parameters? Simply uncheck 'Use Vehicle Model values' to enter them manually.
